It isn't against any law for a man to bath topless, anywhere.

Reminds me of an incident in Italy a few yrs ago. A local seaside council had passed a law, that only "attractive" women could bathe topless.!!

Apparently 2 police officers got into an argument over whether a woman had to put her top back on.....

In the ensuing argument , one of the officers shot the other
