If the 36 degree angles are measured in plan view, this sounds like a staircase built within a 10-sided tower.
Calculating the mitre angle for a 10-sided tower is straightforward if each section of rail has the same slope. What I have not understood is why the second section in this case is at a steeper slope than the first. Can you explain why the slope changes, ieezitin, or have I misunderstood the whole concept?
