Pinout on DROs

I have a spare set of scales and Readout I want to put on the radial arm, Problem is the scales are Mitutoyos and the box is a Singapore special.

Looking at the Specs on the 2 compatibility shouldn't be an issue both are 5V with 2 Chanel's of TTL square wave for the phases.

Now here is the problem, The scales have 1 type of plug, the readout another, I have found a Pinout for the Mitutoyo part, but not the actual readout, so is there anyway I can find which pins the Readout uses for Phase A/B and reference, +5 and 0V shouldn't be an issue to find.

Which readout a Sino or another asian jobby, pretty sure they are different wiring.
eg i use some Sino scales with different plugs (RS232?) wired to suit a budget readout from Allendale.

Ive seen wiring diagrams some where, it will come to me.

There an Acurite one, different to the Meister ones Iv got, although I think there all made within a stones throw of each other, I think the socket on the acurite ones are DB9 simple enough to convert the scales if I had a wiring diagram.

Tried looking around on the practical Machinist web site with little joy.

If it is an acu-rite and you end up getting stuck, some info. Acu-rite is a brand name made by Anilam, Anilam was a American company known formerly as ACI Europe. Now bought out by Heidenhain, as such most of the Anilam staff in the Uk have gone as it has been ni-on disbanded other than support/ repair which consists of about 2 guys. Readouts are still sold etc by many independents/ fitters/machine tool dealers in the uk. To speak to one search for ACI Europe, this will get you through to Heidenhain uk, who will in turn put you in touch with the Anilam guys who have the list of fitters/ dealers who know readouts.

Thanks th socket is that DB9, type, I have found an old scale so I can split the plug and at least see which pins were in use, might be able to tally the two up.

Getting time to fiddle is proving impossible at the moment mind.

Sorry but I did not realise that it was on its side!!
The pins are numbered 1 to 5 and 6 to 9 left to right with shield to casing.
The wiring is:
pin 1 - black - 0v.
pin2 - spare.
pin3 - blue -signal A.
pin4 - green - signal B.
pin5 - red - 5Vdc/12Vdc.
pin6 - yellow - ABS?.
pin7 - shield to casing.
