Well I've agreed to buy it, collection next month.

No idea how to break this to the other half.

easy tell her its well cheap and a good investment which it is and you get the use out of it . our lass loves it when i buy summat cos she knows i get stuff at right price and if i pop my cloggs she will double the investment better than money in the bank . just looked it is the vertical one isnt it and not the horizontal in the background ???

I had one up until last autumn and @zzr1200 also has one

They are also called A2F or essentially a clone of the Myford VM-F

Think of it as a bigger and more capable Myford VM-F

I think the Pinnacle badged ones were made in Taiwan

If you can have it for £700 it's a steal, mine sold on eBay for over 3 times that

yep, I found that too, not the same.

So it would seem it's a Bridgeport Myford clone. Well, let's see what condition it's in I guess. Looks tidy and well looked after.

I was confused by the head, looks like it's been turned round 200°, and is that a DRO I see hiding in the slightly blurred zoomed in image?

Going to ask for more info and better photos.

You may find under the Pinnacle grey paint is Myford green, at least it was on mine

Yep, head is turned on its side about 100 degrees or so.

Looks like a glass scale (white bar) on the front, so a very very high chance of DRO...Or a partial system without the console but that in itself would still be easy to fix.

I put an announce out on a FB Brittany website last night, not expecting anything, and this turned up 9.30 Sunday morning, result !

Don't try to ship it on that pallet its far too small for it!
Head should swivel upside down. It does on the Bridgeport.

I think you're right. Couldn't see it before but it's like one of those hidden pattern things that as soon as you spot it are utterly obvious.
