I want to have a go at making a couple of these any one got any plans or sketches the WWW. is sorely lacking, also does any one know how to make and what I would need to produce a 12v random timer as below?

Basically two rotating dead pigeons or decoys to act as a "magnet" to bring others to your decoy pattern then32g of number 6 shot....
