And then watch the street lifter truck come round to try to take it away.....I would love to park the wagon on double yellows and watch a Traffic Warden ponder climbing up to put a ticket on the screen.

One of them thinks it's a Morgan.Family has asked him to get it running, I suggested just returning it.
I was thinking driving that through London would be a great laugh seeing all the wide boys that normally cut me up swerve out the way.I would love to park the wagon on double yellows and watch a Traffic Warden ponder climbing up to put a ticket on the screen.
They are deluded if they think a down at heel Cortina kit car is valuable.A friend had been given this tatty Gentry after the death of a close friend who said he wanted him to have it. Gets it home and gets a call that the other side of the family wants it back as they think it's worth something!
Told it's a Cortina based 1600GT Gentry. It's quite ratty, though the chassis looks galvanised.
A few blisters and cracks in the paint, head off and rusty at the top of the bores.

My thoughts too, in a remote location does not help, suspect they will be lucky to get a grand for it.They are deluded if they think a down at heel Cortina kit car is valuable.![]()
