All i will say Woz, make sure you buy the right grade of ally for it. Certain ones dont bend well, they just crack.
Nothing worse than spending hours doing developments, cut something out, punch holes, then fold it and the fold breaks off
Especially if its a job for someone else
I cant remember the ally grades off the top of my head im afraid.

no washing -up liquid and a blow torch for you then
. Got two dirty great sheets of 2mm chequerplate in the garage, pretty sure it's 5754 which according to

1050 A or SIC for bending, NS4 is half hard and will probably crack, especially if bent along the grain, Higher strength though.
