great video john, when you pulled into Pickering outside the carpet shop there was a café next door, I was there a few years ago and through the back of the café someone was building a scale steam engine, wonder if it was at the show

Just returned from South Cerney steam fair, been up there since Thursday lunch time, back up tomorrow to take down the tents, stands etc. (working on the Cobalt cancer charity stand) really good event, apart from someone has just finished doing up their traction engine, out teaching someone to drive I understand, put in the ditch & turned it over. Also someone was selling a child's motorcycle, the so say customer was looking over it agreeing a price & such, took it down the field to test it, straight into the back of a white van & away in front of the owner. Apparently they were stopped by security as they were thought to be suspicious, but spun some story & were let go.
