Photo resizing online

I need to resize some photos on my phone so that I can update my lathe rebuild thread. Is there a decent app or website that I can use for this purpose? It's running android if that makes any difference.

Right I've installed the app and just can't see any option to actually resize the photos? I can see plenty of things but not that.
