All I said was use sharp tools, no big deal at all .TBH gents, If I had read this thread before I offered to do the job, I wouldn't have had the confidence to do it. so I took advise from a highly qualified, apprentice trained, full time tool maker who really knows his stuff instead.
There’s only one way , sharp toolsthing is that ask 10 different people how they work will it, you'll get 10 different methods, as we all have different machinery, tools and methods of working, and as you go along you'll learn what works for you..... then you'll be able to add your way to the list and that'll be the 11th different way.
