PFC multiprocess/MIG welder

Amateur/enthusiast welder here:
I am looking to buy a new welder and I would like a multiprocess quality machine.
I have an issue with the power grid, in the sense that the voltage fluctuates from 190 to 250 V, depending on the time of the day.
Therefore, I concluded that I will need a welder with PFC.
I am not entirely sure if the PFC function also offers better protection for the welder or only ensures a stable current when the grid voltage fluctuates.
I saw that GYS Multipearl 211-4 has a flexible voltage function, which allows the welder to work on a really wide range, but I am not sure about their reliability and as a minus point -they are kind of expensive.
The other option that I discovered is Esab Rogue 210 Pro which has PFC and is cheaper, or the Lincoln Speedtec 200
Any thoughts/ sugestions on either one?
Or a different brand/model altogether?

welcome , no doubt some one with the needed tech knowledge will be along shortly , although from my limited experiance I prefer seperate units , made for specific use , as in mig ,seperate tig with stick . the gys range are meant to be good but don t know there survival rate/repair costs are like. Enjoy the forum there is unlimited knowledge at your fingertips to learn from.

Esab rebel and miller dynasty both seem to cope fine with random input power in my experience.
