I'm on 161+vat for fastfuel and 163+vat for shell
or... did you mean 161+vat not inc vat?

Think the bunker price this week on my Radius fuel card is 135.41ppl & VAT for diesel, doing the maths is 162.5 ppl

you need to have a conversation with radius then. last time my prices went silly like that i had a friendly chat and they lowered my price profile..... it isnt one price for everyone, its a price attached to your account specifically.
Fuel card pricing will likely depend on how long the fuel card company locked in prices for.
Some will likely have agreed prices for a longer period thinking prices were likely to remain high/rise, but given the recent drops it's came back to bite them.
Reminds of a previous fleet I used to work on were having quite a profitable year, so bunkered several months worth of fuel in advance during a previous period where fuel prices were increasing, so when fuel prices peaked, they were still using fuel that had cost them 25p less a litre than all their competitors who were using un-bunkered fuel cards. Which on a fleet of a couple thousand vehicles, made quite a big difference to their profits, especially since they were still pricing jobs using the latest fuel prices.
Even my employer at the time switched to fuel bunkering via Key Fuels, which was always a pain trying to find fuel stations who accepted Key Fuel cards when you were elsewhere in the country.

yesterday sainsburys on stratford rd in shirley had diesel on for 184ppl petrol was 153 for normal unleaded

Beoley is the cheapest at 149.7ppl for E10 if you happen to be heading Alcester/Studley way
do you use much diesel? we're £1k to £1.5k per week
phoned them... they'd only come down to £1.51
told them I'll cancel all my cards then, got transferred to cancellations, on hold 5 min, back to first person said they're not answering she;lll get them to call back, I said no I'll wait... another 5 min on hold and back to her, no option have to wait for a call back
not the person answering the phones fault but mad as hell with them
