I have to go to Kettering later on today, and Malvern next weekend. Both trips in the van so I'll be filling up after both to save any queuing or finding somewhere in a couple of weeks. After that I won't need to use the van too much, but obviously with work stuff I need to have the option.

It'll probably be a sensible thing to start parking it inside the workshop too so that I don't have to worry about thieving scrotes drilling the tank.

I've started parking my D3 with the fuel filler up against a wall and lowering the suspension so there's not much room underneath.

£1.92.9 for diesel in one of our local fuel stations, I haven’t looked at any others

In places in Cornwall it's £1.98 per litre and we have heard of over £2 locally.

Fun fact of the day the UK doesnt source it's oil from the middle East but we get it from the US, Norway and our own supplies in the North Sea.

Roughly 12% of UK oil imports (including diesel, jet fuel & heating oil) come from Middle Eastern nations like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UEA.

This number has been dropping over the years and I guess will continue to drop.

Hence we all suffer
