Last week i had a letter from Aviva, I thought what the hell is that about? last time i heard from them was 6 years ago after Mum passed away, my parents had an Aviva endowment policy & when she died it paid out & i got a good surprise.
Six years down the line & they tell me they underpaid me so here is a cheque for £468. Happy days!
