How odd that it is a girl's watch - is welding a common hobby for teenage women? I keep teasing my 8 year old that I need to teach her to weld. One day she may take me up on it. Perhaps I should get the watch as an incentive...

I remember reading a recent article in a shooting magazine about a guy who did custom shooting related jewellery - I think by the lost wax process. I think he was based in Halesworth in Suffolk but I've not been able to locate him (or a name that I remember) by a web search. I don't know how much it would cost but if you search on custom jewellery - e.g. http://www.gunsandbows.co.uk/prod-jew-01.htm somebody may already have the necessary moulds to cast a MIG torch or whatever.

I tried the charm bracelet google but didn't find a mig torch...
saws, hammers yadda yadda but no torch! Really! people have the most stupid things to hang on their bracelets or necklace....they even had an ipod charm.....

No, I think its pretty easy to do - she certainly has no training / background in it (or anything arty), and the seem to come out pretty nicely.
What do you mean 'what do you mean making my own'...? I mean if you'd like to make your own - as you can't find one to buy commercially. Let me know if I've missed the point here!

Someone with a wire EDM may help? Would require some programming...
If you can make the shape you want in wax or clay then try some Precious Metal Clay (PMC). It's a mouldable silver clay that you can shape and when you fire it with a blowtorch if solidifies into silver.
I've played around with it and isn't too difficult to work with so definitely worth considering.
