This may be of use to someone.
I have some these on my old chainsaw helmet and the ear pieces were a bit tattered. I found you could get hygiene kits which replace them for a few quid but I could not find a direct reference to a replacement.
I spoke to 3M and the guy I spoke to finally managed to find a document that said HY52 was the correct fit. Some places listed them but I was doing an order from Zoro and they listed HY51 and HY54. I ordered the HY51 looked right and they were cheap enough to take a chance.
Turns out HY51 fits perfectly even though the chap at 3M said they wouldn't.
