Peeling paint - spot the problem..

Now, I've put this here as I believe its the better place for it. It isn't my work, and it was only installed two days ago.

We won't look at the rust spots coming through already, or the toy town mount for the limit switch they installed. Then there's the gaping holes they left around the door.

Anyway, picture..

Its supposed to be an 11ft electric roller shutter, with a wicket door. In a galvanised finish.

Now, to me, it looks painted, poorly..

Looks simmilar to the plated stuff we have at work

Upon further inspection, the darker looking "paint", which I initially thought could be primer, is in fact mill scale..

Get them straight back for a site meeting/inspection
