Turned on welder to do some welding today and the wire feed just started running and would not stop.
So after reading the forum i suspect it is the pcb relay welded together. I have removed the pcb but no removable cover on relay to check.
So advice required on getting repaired recommendations or replacement.
Info on pcb - electronic Services snc cod 114306, maggio2004 ord.90/ 9054 (Italian I think)

Try metering between the "common" connector and the "NO" (normally open) you should see an open circuit if it is ok. If it is as you suspect welded closed then it will be a dead short. Then see what printing is on relay to be able to look it up.

Metering between the "common" connector and the "NO" (normally open) I get no beep on my meter so an open circuit? and the relay is not the problem?

A sticky switch in the torch perhaps?

try it with the torch disconnected ,, rules out the switch ,,
boards are next day spares , had a few of them in the last few years ,, I think some one does a repair service on them , ive just put in new.

Tried torch disconnected, so ruled that out.

Sealey may not be EWM or Fronius , but its their spares back up that gets them a lot of kudos.

A working Sealey is still better than a broken EWM.

Plus you'll find a motor factor locally that'll order in the bits.
Sealey's spares web page is well out of date, and there's P&P to add on, but much of their stuff is still very reasonable.
