Thank you, Might be the only way.I can get them from Holland and bring them over for you, but won’t be back in the UK again until Christmas.
i have a few of their chisels and as you say they are good, hold an edge for quite a while.Hadn’t realised they’d totally shut up shop over here, although I did assume that was they way they were going when they stopped replenishing items that had gone out of stock…
Shame because their punches and chisels are amongst the best around. In fact all their tools are top quality.

I imagine you'd need £50k to build the website and get some stock. The guy who ran the PB Swiss website over here, Mark, has emigrated to New Zealand, all things considered not a bad move. I spoke with him shortly before he closed the website and he was pretty upset about it but he had an opportunity and took it. There is now an opening for someone to import and sell the PB Swiss range but you would need to build a website or at least populate a shopping cart site OR as Mark did, build one from scratch.
I'll admit I had given this a little bit thought, as it's looking like unemployment may be looming, and it appeared to be the kind of thing that could tick over while I work on other things, but I have no idea on the kind of agreement the previous retailer had.The guy who ran the PB Swiss website over here, Mark, has emigrated to New Zealand, all things considered not a bad move. Well best to speak to the previous owner as the website is still set up and capable of workingI'll admit I had given this a little bit thought, as it's looking like unemployment may be looming, and it appeared to be the kind of thing that could tick over while I work on other things, but I have no idea on the kind of agreement the previous retailer had.
Does anybody know if he imported direct?
I'll admit I hadn't heard of Hoffmann until I did a quick search earlier, so I'm not sure if they're UK business is new, or whether it's been here for a while and I've just never heard of them.
Hoffmann big in germany. It's who Stefan Gotteswinter buys all his workshop tooling from.I'll admit I had given this a little bit thought, as it's looking like unemployment may be looming, and it appeared to be the kind of thing that could tick over while I work on other things, but I have no idea on the kind of agreement the previous retailer had.
