I’ve never been charged and made countless withdrawals for balances above and below that amount.
Me neither and it would be the end of paypal if they did

Er no theres notThe minimum balance for free withdrawal is £50.
I use PayPal all the time for both buying and selling and have never been stung. In fact I've found the PayPal protection to be far more useful than any offered by a credit card.
So did I. I with draw the amount straight into my account via the mobile app and it takes seconds to appear no charge. Like Steve said if they start charging me for this I’ll close it downWhen I meant withdrawal I meant transfer to bank account, sorry.
if i remember correctly when it first started it used to be like that but all changed nowChaps,
Looks like I was indeed wrong; don't know where I got that £50 from - my humble apologies!
hey!!!.....less of the old!!!!Sounds like it's an old thing. My dad used to sell a lot on eBay and would withdraw it whenever the balance topped £50, there must have been a reason for it.
the money should be released if they leave + feedback or as you state 21 days
Id never take paypal if its a collection item for the above reason.
One of the wife's friends lost 400 quid to this - eBay auction, pays with PayPal, picked item up and then claimed they'd never received the item. PayPal refunded the buyer and otherwise couldn't care less, eBay same attitude and police not bothered.
