Hi,
New to forum. Interested in upgrading to better Mig welder having been using Clarke machine for a few years. Paton Mig 250 look a good value option I was looking at or alternatives include Jasic 250, Parweld XTM 255 but they are both a fair bit more costly.
However it seems the pulse mode has been removed in Mig mode by Paton even though the used manuals seem still list it as available . Anyone know what was the reason they removed it. Don’t think I would ever need pulse but seemed a nice feature at this price point but looks like it has gone. Is it important?
Also burn back setting seems not offered on Paton Mig 250? I don’t have it on my current welder but is it important? Noticed many welders above hobby level offer burn back setting do offer burn back setting/control
Thanks for any input
