Sad to have to tell members of the passing of Mark McGrath. (Gridley51 on this forum I believe). He had been fighting a four year battle with cancer and he died recently leaving two sons and a daughter. I believe that one son and the daughter continue to work in his business.
Mark was one of a kind. He didn't suffer fools gladly, but his words were always worth listening to. I never met him, but we corresponded on the internet for at least 25 years. He was very active in the early days of uk.rec.models.engineering newsgroup where he was 'Mark EMS'
