parweld xti 160 or esab buddy 180 inverter , which is best

I have run a 180 buddy for five years? It's tough I will give it that. Like I mention in another thread it might have done a quarter tonne of rods 2.5 and 3.2. It won't work 4 mm proper so forget the 180 badge
It's not even been blown out and no service in that period - I mean why might you? Just buy another the whole idea is they are cheap

You won't hit duty on 2.5 on 3.2 you can but you need to get a shuffle on

Machine should cut out on overload well before your mains trip out. If it doesn't the supply is underrated. If it does your supply is fine and your battering the poor thing.

So who makes the Parweld machines. I have noticed that there seems to be a difference of supplies between the Parker family
