Mine came with a spare set so I presume @Noods is the same. You have to cut the tags off to fit into the plug once you have crimped or soldered the cables on. Very surprised this was not done before it was dispatched.
EDIT> as hood said may be a spare set?
Yer, my XTI201 came with a torch fitted with plug ready to go but also included a spare plug as above. You have to cut the tags off to fit into the plug once you have crimped or soldered the cables on. Very surprised this was not done before it was dispatched.

They are TE Connectivity, or at least the ones I got were. They look like a variant of the Schaltbau connectors we use on some xray sets.

You don't mean the sticky-out bits just below where the wire crimps do you? They have to stay put because they stop the pin coming out of the shell when you mate plug & socket.
I meant it has to be cut away from the lead frame at the very top.You don't mean the sticky-out bits just below where the wire crimps do you? They have to stay put because they stop the pin coming out of the shell when you mate plug & socket.
Blimey this ain't good.. the machine has no plug at all, the torch has no internals eg ceramics, no electrode etc, now a plug I've no idea what to do with and no instructions on how it goes together anywhere..
No mte mines just bare wire ends and a plastic bag containing the bits pictured in the original post..
