My little girls been invited to a 3y olds pirate party do you think me and her are getting carried away
We Was thinking (ie me ) about knocking up one from some 2mm sheet I've got kicking about
was just wondering what the other parents might say about lost limbs and eyes what would you say if one turned up at your kids party

Not sure if you're having a laugh or not! But, for what it's worth, I have a 3 yr old and no I wouldn't be too impressed if one of those turned up at his party!

When I was an apprentice, it turned out my journeyman had served his time in the same year as my uncle and they were good mates. My uncle, being a pipe fitter, wandered down to te sheet metal shop one day and the two of them set about making a sword out of stainless sheet. By all accounts they had just got it cut out when the manager appeared, so uncle knbhead in his wisdom decides the best course of action was to hide it down the leg of his pants. Journeyman said the sword blank went down the waistband, and the blood came out of the bottom as the razor sharp rag they hadn't had chance to remove took a fine chunk out his leg

I had a lovely 3" gash in my thigh from stainless metal 1/2" mesh that decided to catch on the ground and slice though my jeans
