Of course there'll be a performance difference between that & top tier brands, but there's also a notable price difference. Swings & roundabouts.
Milwaukee m18 all the way. I had a parkside performance 9 inch grinder with 2x 8ah performance batteries. I did not find it as powerful as my 9 inch milwaukee with a single battery.

I have a corded Katsu 3" mini grinder and it's been a great little tool. I thought it'd die quickly, but let it spin & keep pressure light - let the disc do the work, and it's kept gamely plugging away....and then there's the Katsu - Makita battery compatible...even cheaper around £20 bare....for occasional cutting use only...
but with battery included I can test out of the box and if it fails it can go straight back....we will see...For the price they are great, I can't justify the price of the red/yellow brandsI bought the Aldi 40v brushed grinders and batteries for a job a few years back.
Still going strong, amazing really (think the bare body grinders were £20 a piece!).
Very handy to have a cordless angle grinder around.
