One of the pan lid handles has come adrift. Gear wise I have nothing for stainless, just stick welders (oxford and an inverter) and a blowtorch that isn't likely to get this hot enough to braze no experience of brazing stainless before, am I right in thinking it's a different flux.
Once cleaned up if I clamp the handle in the electrode holder and lid in the earth clamp (or vice versa) and then touch them together are they likely to fuse together or am I more likely to just make a mess!?
Handle is around 2mm thick at the flat weld points, lid is around 1mm.
