I've used them several times - pretty good service though prices have crept up somewhat

I totally agree about the stupidity of some senders - here is a very nice Dormer 108 drill grinder that I bought that was totally smashed in transit as the idiot sender literally laid it on a pallet and wrapped it in clingfilm

Yeah loads of people I would not trust to pack a lunch....I bought a replacement Viscous fan for my truck , it was posted in a very flimsy cardboard box full of polystyrene chips the size of fridge held together with about a two feet of selotape with the van loose inside ....
It breaks my heart when I see things like that. And it annoys me when people try to blame us. It always seems to be the courier's fault rather than the person who packed it.
I always say with a parcel - if you can't push it off a desk onto the floor then it isn't packed well enough.
