I know what you mean, generally if their shiny everything's done, the hoses, any rams hanging out, the seat, any near by wildlife and the probably painter got a good dose!Make it look nice theres an extra 500 alonejust dont paint the hoses as well. Seen a few machines with a total spray gun makeover, hoses, dirt, grease the lot painted!

The rams were pretty bad, I've sanded the back with 1500 and 2000 wet n dry, used citric acid to de rust them and the J B Welded the pits and scratches. Filed then wet n dry papered them smooth. It's what the farm equipment used to have done, they went on for 10-15 years like that.
Oh yes to that list of purchases add a new exhaust and carb rebuild, I'm off to hide the receipts from my wife
