Celly clear is not resistant to modern fuels, and neither is anything out of a spray can, except 2K cans available in the US. Best way to sort out the paint pictured would be to wait till its fully hardened, wet flat to remove any orange peel or defects, and then spray with a good quality 2K clear.
FWIW, I found a place in Bethnal Green that did 2K in rattle cans (Autopaint International IIRC). The result was a nightmare though as I used an acrylic primer and only waited a few days before putting the 2K over the top.
The 2K never really set hard even though the finish looked amazing (for about a month) then, as the 2K cured a terrible paint reaction appeared and the 2K went all wrinkly.
I think the solvent release from the primer was the problem with both the long time to set and subsequent paint reaction. I reckon if I'd have left the primer for an age before laying on the 2K I might have had more luck.
Been doing allot of research over the past year on 2K paint, Air fed is the way to go BUT at a minimum you want to use a disposable organic & vapour mask and you can get them for about £15 a time, they claim there fine for occasional 2K and allot of people use them.
Don't go for the el'cheapo £5 masks, I bought one and there not that good. Filters are fine on them but the mask is rubbish, ( I have opened up the filters and they are paper, floss, active carbon, floss followed by paper )
I'm doing a little experiment with a home built Air Fed full mask, wont use anything harmful to test but will make sure it's 99.9% ( nothing is 100% ) It may not work but but I have a plan

the 2k should have set hard in a matter of hours if it didnt then i would think there was a problem with the 2k spray can not mixing the activator when operated i would also think that would be the cause of the reaction the uncured 2k eating away at what ever was below that
