Paint finish for cast iron

Got my hands on an old cast iron garden table (well I presume it's cast,it's very heavy )

I intend getting it sand blasted.What paint would be best considering it's going to be left outside permanently ?

I was think of going with epoxy primer to start with and perhaps 2k over the top

cast can hold moisture so before you paint , I would go over it with a blow torch and watch the moisture escaping , just enough to get it warm and not heat it too much
