Packing case fittings..... help please .

I want to make a couple of very much reusable ply packing cases that have screw down tops , under the captive screw head is a counter sunk metal reinforcing plate and inside the crate under each screw is a captive nut secured to a plate or baton , I've spent a couple of hours trying to find out what they are called and locate them online without success .
Can any one help me with suggestions please ?

Thanks .....the wood tee nuts are part of it, the top screw & load spreading plate are the other part .

Countersunk plate not easy to find but search 'dzus fastener plate'.

If the plate is not too thick, make your own dimple die and add the countersink yourself to a square washer.

Many thank Argoshield, having a further play on line I found my long waisted bolts , .
I realised I can waste some metal off parallel threaded counter sunk bolts to get what I want as well as using a fly prees to dimple then drill & thread the capturing plates . Trying to get the waisted bolts alone would be prohibitively expensive

I realised I can waste some metal off parallel threaded counter sunk bolts

I have seen bolts made captive by screwing a tight-fitting fibre washer onto them. How well it works depends on how much space you have between the underside of the lid and the top of the nut. If you only have 5mm gap, the bolt can only go into the nut 5mm, etc. A metal star washer with inwards-facing prongs could also work. Even a thin nut loctited onto the bolt after it is poked through the plate would work to keep it captive.

You could put a 'T' nut in the lid and put a clearance drill through it, it might be cheaper.

Thanks Compo those are exactly what I was looking for .

Though the price of a dozen complete units seems a tad high when I have a lathe & plenty of time till I die to make them myself

Found the bolts on Aliexpress rather cheaper , I will make my own strip washers and use wood insert top hats as the nuts.
