Oxford Mig 300

Hi All, new member, been welding with a stick, sometimes goood, sometimes bad!! for 3 years, anyway everyone says go to mig, Burried at the back of the farm shed lurked this old welder, been sitting for ten years so dug it out, seems ok need new lance though, think its wired for 240v,sparky mate has banned me from trying it till he comes over next week (no plug you see).
Anyway does anyone know this model? Are spares (feed roller thingys) still available? What size of wire roll etc.
Never tried mig welding before so any help tips etc would be much appreciated. cheers
