Hi everyone, I'm a new member, just after a bit of advice.
I've been mig welding for a number of years and last year did my c&g level 1+2, so I'm fine doing t fillets and lap fillets flat and vertical, but I'm struggling a bit on overhead with the same joints - I tend to keep the voltage high but turn the wire feed right down, like I was doing a vertical up, but the results are a bit hit and miss
. Anybody got any tips? I'm mig welding thickish mild steel usually 6mm with 0.8 wire overhead t and lap fillets.
