Overhead and other positions welds?

first off i would like to say that i am very very good going flat welds (4013) and vertical down welds with a (4012)
the only rods i have are 4013s rods.

i would just like to know how to do overhead and vertical up welds.
i think i know the tecneque for vertical up and that would be to sort of do the christmass tree?
overhead i read somwhere that it the same as flat postion

what i would like to know is the amps to use? for example say for a flat weld on 3mm steel you use 90amps. but to do an overhead weld would you use the 90 amps or back it back a little. and vertical up too?

4013? Not 6013 then? It normally shows suitable positions on the packet, but any 6013 should be OK for vertical up and overhead.
Overhead: Yes, similar electrode angles and current as downhand but keep a tight arc and electrode no more than 15 deg from vertical.
Vertical up: Root run of fillet or butt, no weave at all. (You will risk LOP if you weave root on a fillet unless you use xmas tree, which can get messy.) Subsequent runs - weave with pause at the edges. Current 15-20% less than for downhand, electrode 10-15deg from horizontal. To cap a butt keep amps as low as you can to reduce heat input.
