Yeah, but the the hire company, why didn't they ask for insurance details if it wasn't part of the hire cost?

it dont beat the one on claimed and shamed .a guy crashed his car and sent it in to be fixed so they gave him a lambo replacement hire car till fixed . he crashed that and 50 grands worth of damage to it they caught him out lying and he was racing it at castle coomb race track and crashed in to the tires

It may be that someone else hired it and he was driving it. Not on the rental agreement so not insured.
