Hi all
A mate of mine retired to Scotland so he could chase the Stag around the mountains with his Blaser without the need of getting backache from all the driving!
He knew I loved old machinery and asked if I wanted this as he wasn't taking it with him!!
Errr, yeah!!
Apparently it came from the old Polytec in Pond street, Sheff, He was working there with the people that were updating to an electric system, These were being thrown in the rubbish and he was asked if he wanted one!, There were two originally..
It's being used as a plant stand at the moment!!

Anyone else love these old relics?
EDIT- Meant to say, It's been out in the elements for decades and is siezed solid, Even the threads at the top have all but disappeared!
It's a clean and repaint that it'll be getting!
