Hello, i just bought a "AUTO-DARKENING WELDING HELMET / MASK - RED Solar/Batt" helmet, i think i even seen the orange one which you were mentioning and even bidded on it, but i got the red on in the pic and i should have it in the next little while i hope, so ill be able to let you know

Check before we bid
Hmm maby we should check on here before we all go and bid on ebay so we arnt bidding against each other lol.
The only thing i saw which could be a negative was some one said that these helmets only have once sensor and that it can get covered easily so you have to be carfule that it is clear or it wont go dark when your welding
but that was the only thing i could see about it.

Hello,
Just to let any one know who is interested, I got the red version of the helmet above and have been using it not, and it seems to work very well indeed.
The darkness control worked excellently along with the sensitivity control which i dnt really have to adjust at all. Yeh good helmet and seems to do the job.
