opinions on esab buddy tig 160

hi all , getting into the tig welding trade, i have tig experience, have a very basic tig set up at home, i now have the opptunity to buy an esab buddy tig 160 with everything needed included, tig lines, torch etc ..tig lines were never used, it also comes with mma lines wich were used 2 or 3 times..welder is nearly new, only about a month.

hes looking €550 for the lot all in, now im looking for advice on 2 things

1, are these a good welder for someone starting off ..wont be welding anything substantial, just being used for practice and a few exhausts etc,

2, is this a good price?

I have one of these welders as a back up machine and it has worked fine.
The fan runs all the time so it's a bit loud.
It should be ok for exhausts.

I see them for sale in the uk for £426 inc vat (about 513 euros) with all the leads and tig torch.

thats about all id be using it for, maybe a few brackets and other little bits, nothing more than 3/4 ml ,

i asked my boss the other day and you can get the buddy arc plant for about 3/400€ i understand the buddy tigs are more expensive, i cant seem to just find a price in euros for one of these
