It's a groove about 3mm deep burnt between the two cylinders, both valves burnt out too, and slight damage to the piston tops

I had some issues with pump timing slipping, the best we can gather is that it's been pinking and that's chewed away at the head

I was particularly impressed by the driver behind me, who despite there being clouds of smoke suddenly spewing from my motor, my hazards coming on and the sudden drop from 70 to 40 still refused to back off so I could pull in behind the wagon in the first lane and instead sat honking their horn
