Can anyone recommend any ? Iv been onto afew sites but postage is shocking!!!

You probably won't go far wrong by trying weldequip, he sells pretty much all welding/cutting stuff and his prices are very good. Definitely worth a PM to find out .

there postage is shocking and they arent really that cheap for the item....

im chatting to weldquip the now about another method . But theres no shops local to me and im lazy . lol

A motor factor / trade paint bodywork supplier is the best place, abrasives vary greatly in quality, if you buy where the trade buy, you wont go far wrong

I've had a third idea. Get the airline filter and the sanding pads from screw fix then you would get the free postage? Weldequip's are probably better.

lol ah madkayaker iv thought about that but they only have 1 filter and its expensive for me to pay for a [hopefully] 1 off job on the car . I hate painting and will be glad when its over !!!

Weldequip does not do abrasives, I asked him for prices a few weeks ago- he does welding supplies but not abrasives.

Hmmm, he definitely used to sell cutting/grinding discs cos we had a chat about them ages ago.
