time ok its old and dosent have a roof yet and it has ware in the pins and a few seals need doing but the mechanics are great with a manual gearbox and a 4 in one bucket. I will have to get some buckets as only got the ditching rear bucket. I think I am more pleased with it than a couple of weeks ago when I bought it. I am well pleased

You’ve not met bob before then? He’s probably lost 3 diggers down the back of the sofa this weekdont tell me youve a couple for sale. got any buckets going spare
spot on 1974 50B I always tend to take sellers talk, with a pinch of salt but I got a good vibe with the seller I think a genuine person,Toady he also gave me a 2 inch thick workshop manual for it as wellLooks like the old 50b,
Got one at work but with the slush gearbox, still a good old workhorse though

yes Arthur its the icing on the cake, when I saw your aviator and read your post I think you posted on the jcb post I nearly asked you about the massey digger but kept me mouth shut ha ha. It need a good power washing and a good clean out, inside its tipical farmer mess, there is a good bit of slack in the bucket pins but all working there's a bit of sorting out stupid things farmers dont bother with I like things to work. dash lights work aint tried the lights outside yet. I cant wait for better weather its howling here tonight, but hopfully getting warmerfour in one front bucket..excellent
crossed messages there your quicker typing I am a one finger typer I see there are a few buckets on the aution site but to much money and to far to travelstrange eh,for my massey back hoe I have a full set of rear buckets but missing the ditching bucket, nearly got one at wessex but some guy buying every one at silly monies(well to me) , tell you one thing you will never pick up a spade again ounce you have used it, well done , roof wise a bit of ali folder at edges would work fine

you would cry if you saw mine, bought it as a non runner but a wreck, its still a wreck but a good runner, slack in pins..urgh thats a huge undersatement , but it does work, I would love to get a tidy one like yours no doubt will find one some day , my industrial forklift in the avatar would never part with it absolutely love the thing , I should be retiriing so hopefully it will get tidied in time but would leave as is working clothers rather than paint job,
