Hi
Sorry if this is a stupid question but as a total newbie here I thought I would ask to see if welding for me is feasible, tig in particular
I'm very keen on learning to weld, but have zero experience (or a welder yet for that matter)
After watching various tig vids and reading posts on here I now realise tig welding requires two hands?
I assume it does and that's my question ...
As a total novice is it practical or possible for someone to learn to tig weld - but only using one hand ?
I should add that yes I have two hands, but after a motorbike accident one hand/arm doesn't work very well.
So can I still learn the art of tig welding, but single handed ... if possible?
Cheers for any pointers or practical advice
Wyn
