I have basic sliding gauge and a better quality on, this looks to be well handy for some jobs.

Saw those on the american forum last year, Look handy for quick marking out, but don't know how accurate they will be, Great idea,

My late uncle had something similar when I was growing up. He swore by it, my late Dad swore at it.

It may of bean the quality of it. Or it was badly worn, but I was never a fan of it.

It is still in Dads garage collecting dust.

I have used it when needed to. But I do have Dads decent squares.
