with the recent posts on old lathes being fit for scrap, even the old lathe factories are being scrapped too. I live a 10 minute walk from where the old Boxford lathe factory used to be, here's how it looked in its early days as being used by Boxfords

its not all doom and gloom though,as they have moved to a purpose built factory a few miles away, opened in 2013 by kenneth clarke
