I gutted a nice 5' twin flouresent lamp and got the Mrs to buy two new LED replacements....

she came home with these.....never seen an LED with a starter.....
All the 4' Ive done there was just a + and N at one end and thats it....expected the same thing.....
any ideas....

They’re not starters, they just fit in place of them.

These days it's often cheaper to replace the whole batten

We found leaving the ballast wired in worked but affected the efficiency

Not a huge issue in a house/garage but once you are talking hundreds or thousands it adds up
