Oerlikon Citoarc

I came across this on my wanders through the net, is this a good TIG welder?
I can't figure out what the citoarc means because it looks very much like a TIG welder.

Have trawled google but couldn't find any information on it. Any idea of how much it's worth?

citroarc is just the brandname, a rough GUESS from just looking at the pic i'd say value wise, £500-£600. the torch looks like junk.

Citoarc is the name given to a range of machines that oerlikon welding use to sell. This machine is made by an Italian company called esstti although I`m not sure if there still producing this machine now.

Oerlikon are fine. I would buy this over anything new for the same money. Will draw loads off the mains but will still be going when China dictate what you watch on the Telly.

looks like a nice machine, is it inverter or transformer does anybody know.

Transformer. Will need 30 amp supply.
