Hi
I have a Oerlikon Mig Citoline 2500M which is a great bit of kit except the welding at the higher settings ( it has 12) it seems unstable and almost 'flares' during the welding process. At lower settings it seems fine - smooth and very forgiving of scale etc, and the power does increase as it should. All the controls such as wire speed, burn back and run in are functioning as they should.
Any one got any ideas why the welding as the higher settings is less well controlled?
TIA
