Odd shackle needed

have a similar homemade towing bar.
welded pce of rd through main bar then as suggested welded pce of heavy chain to that that fits shackle which fits to towing eye on whatever i need to tow.
made it so i get my s3 landy ambulance back from york to nr leeds.
