My problems are with the IT side of things; they've introduced this new system of Reserved Orders (you have to sign up to having an a order at the same time/day every week or every two weeks). I'd guess the software is being de-bugged. I cannot log in at the moment and the assistance I'm getting is useless.

Two weeks later and things are just getting worse with Ocado. Ocado really are terrible now. It's taken us 3 hours (on and off) to get an order placed.
They are still investigating the problem we had 3 weeks ago when an order which had been placed just disappeared in to thin air.
It does not help that we customers don't have individual account numbers.

My recollection is that Ocado ran for very many years without making a profit. I don't actually know if they have started making profits and have paid off their debts. Perhaps trying to be both a groceries supplier and a Technology Wizzard has become too much for them. I speak as someone who has been a customer for ~12 years, with no other interests in them. What are your interests in them? Do you want to defend a service which after 3 weeks has not yet come up with a response to a complaint?
If someone had just told me this existed I would have said it was an April fools joke.
Blimey, imagine writng the code for that.....

Although their robot system is intriguing, moving in X and Y to get from point A to B is usually not the most efficient!

Think they are struggling with the pingdemic, driver shortage and uniquely, the catastrophic fire they recently suffered.
Ive worked in that main hub above and also the R&D factory which itself is a huge warehouse with the bots and software under continuous development. The bots use a fair size tray of li-ion’s so any fire would of been a huge issue.
